The RoleThis position is responsible for coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
- Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
- Work with forwarders on daily basis.
- Ensure POD is supplied.
- Expediting and tracing as required.
- Determination of profit levels and billing.
- Process required customs documentation.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications And Experience- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
- Intermediate MS Office experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder, and frequently sit, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movement.
- Occasionally must carry/lift loads of up to 15 lbs.
Frequently read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason and analyze.
