** experienced Carpet & Floor Technician
** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial floor care and carpet maintenance and take pride in delivering high-quality results.### Responsibilities:
* Carpet cleaning, extraction, and spot treatment
* Floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing
* Operating floor care equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of commercial facilities
* Following safety procedures and company standards
* Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns### Requirements:
* ** Previous carpet and floor care experience required
*** Knowledge of floor machines, buffers, burnishers, and carpet extraction equipment
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
* Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality work###
