Director oversees program operations and volunteer advocacy services for abused
relations, personnel management, Board liaison responsibilities, and fiscal

RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT:Research grants and
funding opportunities; maintain donor relationships and tracking systems; and
assist the Board with fundraising.
PROGRAM PLANNING:Meet regularly with

and evaluate administrative and management staff; maintain job descriptions;
and support staff development.
BOARD LIAISON AND FISCAL MANAGEMENT:operations, submit financial reports and documentation, process bills and
expenditures, and assist with the annual budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:or related experience in a relevant field, preferably in nonprofit, volunteer,
or public service administration. Strong skills in fiscal management,
fundraising, planning, and public relations required. Preference given to
candidates with volunteer experience and knowledge of child abuse and neglect,
