This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a production team that values quality and safety.

• Set up and operate machines for sheet, pad, and box production
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make machine adjustments to maintain product compliance
• Record production details such as hours worked and machine downtime
• Perform machine maintenance using basic hand tools
• Train team members or temporary staff when backup coverage is needed
• Follow all Quality Assurance, safety, and OSHA guidelines
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Complete other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to read work orders, instructions, and safety procedures
• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working around moving machinery in a loud environment
