Lead Production Operator B1 3rd Shift 10P-6:30A (Conway, Arkansas, United States)

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly

• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office Experience

Pay Rate $28.41 per hour
