Overview

We are seeking a Poultry Processor-Production Laborer to join our hourly production team in De Queen, Arkansas. Positions start at $16.65 per hour for the 1st shift and $18.15 per hour for the 2nd shift, plus an attendance bonus of $2.75 per hour when qualifications are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process product using tools (including knives), manual labor, and equipment in accordance with USDA and company product standards.
• Follow operating procedures and meet quality/quantity expectations.
• Observe equipment operation, reporting malfunctions and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist coworkers with knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to company personnel, quality, safety, and food‑safety policies, fostering a positive work environment.
• Recognize and act on safety risks; consistently practice and enforce safe work habits.
• Participate in process improvement and problem‑solving utilizing continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Follow all animal‑welfare guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Basic Skills and Qualifications

• Work safely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work assigned shifts, including some Saturdays.
• Apply common sense and comprehend simple instructions.
• Handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Work in cool temperatures (~40 °F).
• Stand and use hands for 8‑11 hours per day.
• Multi‑task and work quickly.
• Team player who can work close to others at some stations less than 3 feet apart.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
