Pay Rate: $15.00 - $15.30 per hour

Shift: Monday
- Thursday (3 AM - 3 PM) + Fridays for OT (5 AM - 1 PM) OR Monday
- Thursday (3 PM - 3 AM) + Fridays for OT (5 AM - 1 PM)

Join us as a Production Associate in Conway and be the start of something real. You ll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It s hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

• Operate production equipment and/or hand-load materials as assigned.
• Assemble parts or pack goods for shipment.
• Maintain the production area and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Retrieve supplies, maintain inventory, document accurately, and support the crew as needed.

• 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stack product safely
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to stay on-the-go during the shift
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

Every shift, you ll operate a forklift and hand load. Retrieve supplies and materials, maintain inventory, document accurately, and maintain the production area.
