Virco is seeking a motivated Technical Machine Operator for the 1st shift at Conway Plant 2 in Conway, AR. You will set up and operate CNC equipment, read blueprints and measurement devices, and help ensure product quality and process efficiency.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication and math skills, and the ability to work in a safety‑conscious team environment. Flexibility for overtime and cross‑department work is required.
