Westrock Coffee is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust, operate and maintain automated production equipment in a large food facility. You will schedule maintenance, oversee technicians, and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met across shifts.
You will interpret schematics, train staff, and lead cross-functional maintenance efforts while driving continuous improvement and adherence to company rules and BRC standards.
