This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Plant Worker role located in Pine Mountain, AR. The Manufacturing Plant Worker will assist in the production of window and roofing components by operating machinery, assembling materials, and following standardized work instructions. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting materials, loading and unloading equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and inspecting products for quality and accuracy.

The role involves working with hand and power tools, handling physical materials, and following safety protocols and company policies. The Manufacturing Plant Worker will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and support continuous improvement in plant operations.

• Ability to safely operate basic manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to inspect products and follow standardized procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Commitment to safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to plant safety guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with reliability in attendance and task completion.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to changing production needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehousing is a plus.
• Experience in window or roofing production, or familiarity with building materials, is beneficial but not required.
