Production Worker
Location:
Conway, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Employment Type:

Penmac Staffing is recruiting for a Production Worker position with a manufacturing company in Conway, AR. This is a physically demanding role in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment. Candidates should have previous heavy industrial manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. Qualified candidates should have:
- At least one (1) year of heavy industrial manufacturing experience
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Duties include:
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform production and assembly tasks according to specifications
- Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Work in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
- Non-climate-controlled environment that may be hot or cold depending on the season
- Overtime opportunities available based on production demands
