Full-Time, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM

Penmac Staffing is hiring a J&L Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Conway area. This position is responsible for setting up and operating a J&L machine, monitoring product quality, maintaining production records, and supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders, production paperwork, and safety instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to use hand tools and perform minor machine maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Set up and operate the J&L machine according to production specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
• Complete production records, downtime logs, and other required documentation
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist with training and supporting crew members when needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors

• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
• Work around moving machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a loud production setting
