Position Summary
The University of Central Arkansas Athletics Marketing Department is looking to hire students this fall! If you are interested in a career in sports, what better way to enhance your resume and earn valuable experience from one of the top departments in Division-I college athletics! At UCA, you will get real‑time game‑day experience working alongside experienced staff while you learn the ins and outs of how a top‑tier program works behind the scenes!

- Assisting with social media platforms and posting content
- Brainstorming social content for social media platforms (Instagram/Tik Tok)
- Encouraging fan interaction with mascots and school spirit
- Present promotional materials
- Help prepare, set up, and take down promotional items at events
- Coordinate with the marketing team during game days for a smooth and efficient timeline
- Engaging with fans before and during the event
- In‑game music
- Office hours will be available for student interns to help prepare for upcoming events
- Other tasks assigned
Applicants should have a creative mindset and strong oral and written communication skills. Applicants should be team‑oriented and willing to work irregular hours.
