About the RoleThe Cross-Category Marketing & Operations Lead will serve as the central point of connectivity across the Integrated Demand Team. This individual will drive cross-category marketing coordination, manage integrated work streams and ensure alignment among Unilever, Walmart and WPP Unite stakeholders.
The role requires a strong combination of strategic marketing experience, operational discipline and executive-level stakeholder management. It will function as the lead project manager for the Integrated Demand Team, ensuring priorities, timelines, decisions and deliverables remain connected across teams.
This role will be employed by WPP Unite and embedded within Unilever’s team.
