Overview

Mercy Float Pool offers opportunities to meet new people, expand your skills and knowledge through new challenging assignments and give you the opportunity to pass on skills and knowledge to others.

The RN will provide competent care to patients in Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Cardiac Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care areas, floating to each department as needed.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: RN License in the state of Arkansas or in a compact state.
• Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
