House Supervisor-Nursing Administration

Overview

Role oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team work, and acting as a member of the administrative team during off-hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital.
• Manage nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team coordination.
• Act as a member of the administrative team during off-hours or overnight shifts, especially during emergencies or critical situations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the State of Arkansas.
• At least 5 years of experience as an RN.
• Experience in Critical Care and/or Emergency Department preferred.
• Computer skills, good communication skills and good problem solving skills.
• BSN or pursuing a 2 year commitment to complete; enrolled within 60 days of accepting position, and quarterly updates including transcripts.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
