  Diverse case mix with nearly all specialties represented besides transplants. Approximately 85 OB deliveries per month
• Special Requirements:
  Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB. Facility will train!

• Staffing Grid:
  Daily 12:2 CRNA to MD ratio, full team is 18:4

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas (currently or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 0–1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various case types.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB, but training is offered by the facility.
