Diverse case mix with nearly all specialties represented besides transplants. Approximately 85 OB deliveries per month - Special Requirements:
Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB. Facility will train! - EMR: TBD

Daily 12:2 CRNA to MD ratio, full team is 18:4
We are seeking a motivated CRNA to join a growing team in Hot Springs, Arkansas. - Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas (currently or willing to obtain).
- Minimum of 0–1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various case types.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
- Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB, but training is offered by the facility.
