Working Hours
Schedule will be a mix of 8-hour shifts (11 a.m.–7 p.m.) and 12-hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekends)
ResponsibilitiesRole oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and teamwork, and acting as a member of the administrative team during off‑hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.
Qualifications- RN with a current license in the State of Arkansas
- 5 years of experience as an RN
- Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred
- Computer skills, good communication skills and good problem‑solving skills
- BSN or enrollment in a 2‑year program within 60 days of accepting the position, with quarterly updates including transcripts
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
