Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse to join the Med Surg Resource Team on the night shift. You will apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver safe, compassionate care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
New RN graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas are welcome; BSN is preferred. CPR is required; in some units ACLS, PALS, and NALS may be needed.
