Baptist Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Intensive Care department in Conway, AR. The RN will work night shifts (6:30pm - 7:00am) with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, focusing on safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
You will contribute to excellent outcomes through clinical competence and critical thinking. Applicants must be a new RN graduate or a current RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas; BSN is preferred.
