Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse IHA for the 3-Critical Care Resource Team. The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and Baptist Health training, demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking in fast-paced units.
Active RN licensure in Arkansas is required, BSN preferred, and CPR certification is expected. Some areas may require ACLS, PALS, or NALS, with orientation completed after hire.
