In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining food quality standards. As Assistant General Manager, your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our restaurant by fostering a positive work environment and engaging with both staff and patrons. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with opportunities for career development and a supportive company culture.

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
• Supervise staff and coordinate training programs for new employees
• Monitor food quality and service standards to deliver an outstanding dining experience
• Engage with customers to address feedback and develop rapport
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the General Manager in budget management and cost control initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
