As a key member of the produce team, you will ensure the quality and freshness of fruit and vegetables that members purchase. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized area, manage inventory, and support the team in a fast‑moving environment. Your positive attitude and willingness to adapt will directly enhance the member experience.

• Maintain high customer service standards: Smile, greet, thank members and answer questions.
• Keep the produce area clean and ready for members: Sweep, set out, and maintain organized displays.
• Stock and receive merchandise: Open deliveries, check quality, and store items following established procedures.
• Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels, rotate shelf life, and reduce out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations.
• Apply quality and safety standards: Follow product specifications, sanitation guidelines, and company policies.
• Use digital tools: Employ handheld technology for real‑time decisions on product quality, training, and inventory.
• Lead by example: Show professionalism, encourage teamwork, and support peers while meeting personnel expectations.
• Comply with company policies: Follow all procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required training and assessments within the specified time frame if hired.

Experience with produce or a passion for working in a healthy food environment. Ability to adapt quickly to change and think creatively.
