Position Summary

A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.

• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Supervise the store’s crew by assigning tasks, directing activities, and following up to ensure all activities are completed.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience and uphold company policy.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a culture of excellent customer service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise and reset departments according to POGs.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent store issues.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour.
