Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week;
Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available.

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate. In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating excitement around the HP brand and products in local big‑box retailers and office supply stores. You will demonstrate HP products to customers, tailor demonstrations to their needs, build rapport with customers, and maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.
• Support daily sales activities: greet customers, escort them to displays, assess needs, suggest products, advise on services, and build confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of job experience.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm.
• Outgoing personality, eager to learn, comfortable engaging with customers.
• Ability to demonstrate products with training and oversee the selling process.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless preferred.
• Training or product demonstration experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
