Front End Service Team Associate

Job Overview

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet, thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role requires standing for long periods of time and being ready to help with customer questions and needs.

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (equal to or above the minimum wage applicable to the job location)
• Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
