Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
Operate and serve as a cashier, running the register.
Offer purchase suggestions and promote products.
Assist with the food program as needed.
Maintain store appearance inside and outside the premises.
Provide fast and friendly service to all customers.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with many customers daily while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

Experience in retail and customer service.
Previous cashier or sales associate experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in the career.
Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands (requires eye‑hand coordination).
May involve climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
