Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Join Sam's Club's freezer, cooler, and deli team to keep shelves stocked, maintain product quality and sanitation, and provide customer service to members. You’ll contribute to operations and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers while delivering a positive front‑line experience in the deli department.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps, use forklift spotting, handle hazardous materials, follow steel standard guidelines, and report unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area: handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete required audits and documentation, and secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, locate merchandise, assist purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
• Follow company policies related to freezer/cooler area: comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures when stocking merchandise, clean the area, monitor equipment operation, and report issues to management.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Completion of all required job training and assessments within a prescribed time period.

• Experience in stocking and customer service.

• Team‑work and communication skills.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00; actual rate will equal or exceed local minimum wage.
