- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
- Maintain inventory so that there is no out‑of‑stock or over‑stock products.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Prepare produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards, maintaining product safety and following company sanitation guidelines.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Use inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products, ensuring quality and date control standards.
- Advocate for the department by modeling high quality service and products, executing the basics at the highest possible level of quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change and feedback.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Fully complete all required job‑related trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
