Food 4 Less - 1120 East German Lane - Responsibilities:
Support bakery department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and department financial goals and objectives.;
Support bakery department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and inventory preparation.;
Support merchandising and sales floor standards by proper stocking, rotation, signing, displaying, and maintaining displays; manage sampling and department zoning procedures.;
Follow all food safety production guidelines for fresh food preparation, production and processing; ensure products are properly packaged, weighed, priced, and labeled.;
Adhere to department cleaning standards and safety procedures; maintain safe work environment and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
