Tipton Hurst is hiring a full-time Store Manager at our Conway location. In this position you will manage the day-to-day operations of a floral shop including managing the team, ordering and maintaining fresh flowers, plants and supplies. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of our collections and providing excellent customer service. The individual should have prior retail management experience.

• Manage the daily operations of the florist store.
• Ensure the quality of our collections is visually appealing for different occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays and business events.
• Interact with customers and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Hire, train and schedule the team to ensure proper staffing.
• Merchandise products create displays to attract customers.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked with fresh flowers, plants and other products.
• Order and maintain store supplies and merchandise.
• Balance cash draws, oversee cash flow activities and make bank deposits.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing to the customers.

• At least 2 years of experience in store management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
