Position: STORE MANAGER IN CONWAY, AR

Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention of store staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies;
Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps with coaching or termination as needed;
Manage opening and closing duties; personally open the store at least twice per week and close at least twice per week;
Monitor operating statements to identify sales, profitability, inventory turn, and shrink; manage ordering and stock replenishment;
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and inventory integrity; ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
