Oversee meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, inventory preparation, and adherence to safety and quality standards;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and reclamation;
Maintain merchandising and display standards, proper stocking, labeling, and customer service following Harps’ SMILE program;
Ensure all meat products are properly packaged, weighed, priced, labeled, and produced per food safety guidelines;
Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and professional conduct in line with Harps’ mission and values
