We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team! If you enjoy leading others, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the daily operations of the store.
- Lead and support team members during each shift.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy.
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching employees.
- Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed.
- Previous retail, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
