• Connect with and follow up on leads through Drive Centric and other channels
• Guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey—from first hello to final delivery
• Use dealership tools like Route One and Reynolds & Reynolds to process sales and manage customer information
• Stay up to speed on Buick and GMC vehicles to confidently highlight features and benefits
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Work alongside a dynamic sales team and leadership to meet—and exceed—sales goals

• A high-energy, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort with modern dealership technology (Drive Centric, Route One, Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Ability to juggle multiple customers and sales processes with ease
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!)
