The Opportunity- Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Greater Little Rock, AR or Hot Springs, AR area; local travel required throughout the surrounding sales market. Company vehicle provided.
- Account Executive for Ally Auto Finance promotes the full breadth of Ally’s auto‑finance products to dealerships, equipping them with tools to grow business and support customers. Identifies, pursues, and maximizes opportunities within the local market and fosters relationships with existing and new dealers.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for Ally’s auto‑finance product offerings and serve as a sole point of contact for new and existing dealerships in the assigned market.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Ally auto‑finance products, plans, and programs (floorplan financing, Dealer Products & Services, Smart Auction).
- Market and promote the full range of Ally products and services, including commercial banking offerings.
- Communicate and liaise with Consumer Underwriters and peer Account Executives across Ally Auto and Insurance.
- Coordinate with product specialists to provide assistance, training, and consultative services to assigned dealers.
- Manage risk as a Dealership Performance Consultant.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a dealer‑interfacing role (or equivalent education). High school diploma or GED required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in auto‑finance dealer interviews; ability to leverage industry expertise and relationships.
- Full sales lifecycle experience with strong business management, analytics, presentation, and relationship selling skills.
- Active problem‑solver with aptitude for managing conflicting priorities.

Base Pay RangeBase pay: $110,000 – $160,000 USD. Incentive compensation: variable incentive plan applicable to the role.
