Location: Hybrid opportunity based out of our Conway, AR office (3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote)

Start date: Monday, July 13th

Compensation: Starting base at $42,500 USD + uncapped commissions and other benefits available

• Acquire new clients by selling IT solutions and providing consultation on current and future IT needs.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with IT specialists to cultivate long‑term relationships with organizations of all sizes.
• Act as a trusted advisor and communicate your value proposition to clients.
• Cultivate relationships with Insight's partners to pursue leads and secure business deals.

Previous experience as an Account Executive or inside sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technology solutions. Knowledge of cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity or analogous IT solutions is preferred.
