• Build positive relationships with customers from all walks of life.
• Buy, sell, and loan items such as jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable asking questions.
• Help promote the store through social media and community engagement.
• Support teammates and contribute to a strong, respectful team culture.
• Learn how to evaluate items and negotiate fairly with customers.
