Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Sun 08:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next—up to you.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with site expectations.
• Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and completing required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or observations.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
