Industrial Project Manager / Estimator with 10+ years of experience in heavy rigging, machinery moving, and industrial construction projects. Proven ability to estimate, plan, and execute complex equipment installations, plant relocations, and heavy lifts while maintaining safety, schedule, and profitability. Skilled in crane planning, lift engineering, cost estimation, and field operations management.

- Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals for industrial rigging, machinery moving, and equipment installation projects.
- Conduct site surveys and pre-job planning to determine rigging methods, crane requirements, and manpower needs.
- Develop lift plans, rigging plans, and job hazard analyses for heavy equipment moves.
- Manage projects from bid through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination.
- Coordinate with crane companies, trucking providers, and subcontractors to ensure project execution.
- Supervise field crews during equipment setting, skidding, jacking, and machinery installation.
- Track project costs and adjust labor or equipment allocations to maintain profitability.
- Supervise rigging crews for heavy equipment installation and relocation projects.
- Direct operations involving cranes, forklifts, gantries, hydraulic jacks, and skates.
- Implement job safety plans and ensured compliance with OSHA rigging standards.
- Maintain rigging gear inspections and safe lifting practices.
