Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair;
Act as back-up for call person in case of emergency and respond timely;
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely;
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports as requested;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system, extinguishers, lighting, and plumbing; repair or refinish furniture as needed
