- Performance-based pay of $45,000 - $60,000/year
- Six weeks of paid training at $15.00 - $18.00/hour
- Company-provided work vehicle
- Established route with no door-to-door sales required
- Full-time benefits (health insurance, dental, life, and PTO)
- Learning about the behaviors and biology of different kinds of structural pests
- Learning the proper IPM (integrated pest management) techniques
- Professionally communicating with clients, learning about their concerns, and answering any questions
- Applying pest control techniques and completing high-quality work while managing your time efficiently
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a respirator, and pass a medical fitness exam
- Working knowledge of the Central Arkansas region
- Coachable mindset and a motivation to keep learning
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a state certification exam after a 6‑week training period
