Schedule:

Saturday‑Tuesday, 6pm‑4:30am. Compensation: $18.50 per hour.

• Operate lift truck continually on shift. Must be proficient in driving backwards and look in the direction of travel on a continual basis.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning or recharging batteries (operating a man‑on‑board battery (magnetic) system) and refer defects or repairs to supervisor/maintenance.
• Inspect condition of product verifying that it is free of damage or contamination.
• Move and place product safely and securely in its proper storage location.
• Stage product for outbound loads with correct requirements.
• Remove and empty waste bins into proper receptacles.
• Move controls to drive lift trucks and transport raw materials, finishing supplies or finished product to and from the warehouse, trailers or operating lines.
• Move levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams and swivel‑hooks, hoists, and elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, and stack material.
• Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes, and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.
• Operate a powered air‑supplied respirator to perform cleaning functions.
• Housekeeping of department/areas.
• Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
• Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

• Education:
  
  High School Graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Two years related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic computer or tablet skills; hand‑held radio.
• Certificates & Licenses:
  Forklift Certification preferred. Must be able to complete Holman’s forklift certification program.
