Rich Smith Management is seeking an Apartment Service Technician at The Cottages at Conway in Conway, AR. You will maintain the property's appearance and function, respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and support make-ready for new move-ins.
The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, basic repair skills, and a customer-first attitude. Some pool maintenance experience and HVAC/EPA certification are preferred. On-call rotation may be required.
