DBG is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team!
Our operations in Conway, Arkansas includes metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.
GeneralQualifications:
Recent verifiable industrial maintenance experience or equivalent education.
Skill Requirements:- Conduct normal maintenance activities to detect abnormal operating conditions and prevent breakdowns of equipment.
- Demonstrate an ability to analyze, troubleshoot and isolate malfunctions or abnormalities of the facility, equipment, systems and/or components.
- Demonstrate an ability to interpret schematic diagrams to identify repair components necessary to correct malfunctions or abnormalities of the facility, equipment systems and/or components.
- Demonstrate an ability to determine extent of corrective adjustment and repair procedures required for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Demonstrate an ability to carry out critical alignments of assemblies and/or components.
- Demonstrate an ability to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals using oxy-acetylene, electric arc and inert gas welding equipment.
- Performs repairs to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems within personal abilities, qualified electrical person guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to initiate repairs when recognized and perform overall inspection of the work completed.
- Work in a safe manner through the adherence of company safety policies.
- Provide preventative maintenance for equipment and tooling.
- Troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues for operations.
- Ensure uptime of equipment and tooling.
- Considerable physical effort may be required consisting of: lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling of heavy material.
