School Counselor
Position Type:
Licensed Specialists / Licensed School Counselor
FTE: 1.00 (shared by Lakeville Pathways Academy 0.50, Lakeville Online Academy 0.50).

- Must possess or be eligible for a K‑12 School Counselor License in the State of Minnesota.
- Salary and Benefits in accordance with the EML Contract.
- Salary Range: $54,112 to $101,459 (pro‑rated for FTE and contracted days).
- Paid vacation, personal, and sick leave.
- 12 paid holidays each year.
- Health, dental, vision, prescription drug, and legal insurance plans (full‑time benefits for all staff working 0.75 FTE or more).
- Pension plan through PERA (non‑instructional) / TRA (instructional/licensed).
