The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C.), nestled in the serene setting of rural Lafayette County, is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk young males. Pay:$17.75 - $18.82perhour basedoneducation and experience.

What you will do:
- ADirect Juvenile Support Workerprovidesin personsafety andsecurityaround-the-clock. In this role, you will provide for the physical,persona land health needs of each youth through individualmentoringand skill development.
- Direct Juvenile Support Workersprovide an atmosphere that is supportive of theyouth’sneeds; monitor and document behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
- Direct Juvenile Support Worker will collaborate with other professional staff toestablishand meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
To be considered you should:
- Possessa high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Be able to passa search of the childand adultabuse central registry.
Schedule:
3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts
A Shift –Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am-9m and Wednesday - 8am-2pm
* 1 hour break each day*
B Shift-Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 7am-9pm and Wednesday - 2pm-9pm
* 1 hour break each day*
