CDL A Drivers $2190/WK for Dedicated Acct Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guarantee of a salary and extra pay per shipment, great benefits, and the chance to get home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook and go). A driver’s average pay is $2190/WK with deliveries running across the Midwest and Southeast. All benefits start after 60 days, and the driver will have 3‑5 days of training on the account after which a rider and a pet may be added.

• Drivers pick up loads at the DC; trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
• Drivers receive a daily salary of $215/Day plus $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers average about 900‑1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Drivers make 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve placing boxes weighing 1‑35 LBS on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel handle inventory; drivers only unload the truck.
• When drivers take their 34‑hour reset at home, they may still be on a load. When the week starts, they finish deliveries then head back to the DC for the next load.
• Company covers transportation, hotel, and meals; drivers receive $85/Day for orientation.
• Training on the account is 3‑5 days, paid at $215/Day. After training, a rider and a pet may be added.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and more.

• Must live in one of the following states or areas: AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS
• Within 200 miles of Memphis, TN
• Within 200 miles of Marquette, MI
• Either 200 miles east or north of Shreveport, LA
• Either 200 miles west or north of Jackson, MS

Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional, or OTR.

The CDL must be in the state of the driver’s current residence when applying.

May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.

• May have up to two DOT‑recordable accidents in the last three years, except for the following which they may not have:
• Major traffic violation
• Preventable rear‑end collision
• Rollovers

The driver may not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Verification is based on the employer’s statement.

• May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle:
• 15 +
• Reckless
• Following too closely
• Texting or using a handheld device
• This is only for a personal vehicle. If any of these violations exist on a commercial vehicle, the applicant is not qualified.
