Road Construction Flagger

Location:

Central Arkansas Area
Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are currently hiring dependable and safety-conscious individuals to work as Road Construction Flaggers throughout the Central Arkansas area.

Job Responsibilities
Control traffic safely through construction and work zones.
Communicate effectively with fellow flaggers and crew members using two-way radios.
Monitor traffic conditions and remain alert at all times.
Identify and report vehicle information including color, make, and model when necessary.
Follow all traffic control and safety procedures.
Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be attentive, alert, and able to focus on traffic activity.
Must be able to distinguish colors accurately.
Must successfully complete required flagger training by watching a training video and passing the associated test.
Must be able to communicate clearly using a two-way radio.
Work Conditions
Varied work hours; schedules may change based on project needs.
Job sites may be located up to one hour from your home.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred but not required.
Required Personal Protective Equipment
Steel-toed boots
Long pants or jeans
