Job OverviewWe offer a comprehensive trainee program for Class A license holders. No prior experience required.
Training & PayEarn $600 per week during the training program. Clean DOT inspections earn an additional $75 for each successful inspection.
Promotions & EarningsAfter training you can earn up to 0.55 CPM
. In 90 days CPM can rise to 0.62
, and at six months to 0.66
. Promotions are among the quickest in the industry.
Average equipment age is 18 months. Teams average 5,000–6,000 miles per week and have guaranteed home time if late. No in‑cab cameras.
OrientationOrientation is held every Monday and Wednesday; online orientation is available for start on any day.
BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, Flexible Spending Accounts, and 401(k) after 180 days of active service. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following 60 days of service. Pay Range: $600 per week.
Basic Requirements- Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
- No more than one serious moving violation in the last year.
- No critical accidents in the last year.
- No DUI in the last four years.
